With Document Retrieval, images of all signed
inventory and financial handheld reports are stored in an image
archive.
The Web Business Intelligence Document Report indicates these linked
images with a red PDF icon. Questions or disputes about transactions
are easily resolved by accessing the original signed transaction
image.
Retrieved images are stored in the Adobe Portable Document Format
(PDF) and can be viewed, printed, emailed, faxed, or copied using
the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.
