Goaling - Managing Sales Representative Incentives
To improve your sales teams performance, RouteRider
LE includes a goaling module that is designed for progressive route
operations intending to set and manage route and account goals to
all routes. The goaling module allows managers to set company goals
and drill these down to individual accounts. All of these goals
are set using a web application and processed so that top level
route goals will be sent down and displayed on the route PDAs.
Additionally when a rep visits an account, the individual account
goal targets will be displayed along with the actual account figures.
All route actuals are tabulated and rolled up to relevant goals.
The module allows for multiple levels, including company,
area, branch, rep, item and groups. In addition, the system allows
for manual goals to be entered.
