Route Accounting and Inventory

National Datacomputer is proud to offer repairs and service for our NDI Datacomputer's and printers in the following ways:

Repairs:
Contact our Repair Department at 800-346-1006 ext. 146 or 978-663-7677 ext. 146 or e-mail Repair Department. A RMA (Repair Maintenance Authorization) number is required for all 90 Day Warranty Repairs and all Priority Service Repairs whether Flat Rate or Contract.

Flat Rate:
All flat rate customers are required to send in equipment with a Repair Request Form (see links below) and a check. The amount will be determined based on what equipment it is that is being repaired and if a priority needs to be implemented. Please note that 90 Day Warranty Repairs and Priority Service Repairs require a RMA number as well.

Contract:
Customers can opt for an annual service agreement with NDI that provides faster repair service, payment options, and priority service options. Contact our Contract Administrator for details at 800-346-1006 ext. 128 or e-mail Contract Administrator.

National Datacomputer supports our own brand name datacomputer's (DC3X and DC4) and printers (TM80, BLT80, BC40 and BC80). Our service department also builds refurbished equipment for our customers that can be purchased through the sales department.
