The e-mail server provides e-mail communication between corporate and one or more routes. Routes can also send e-mail to other routes using the e-mail server.
Fax Server An agent can fax any handheld report to a customer’s
fax machine. When the creation of the document is finished, the
agent can choose to edit the document or send it as a fax. This
allows an agent in the field to send orders, receipts, invoices
or delivery certificates directly to the customer’s fax machine,
