Surveys-Gather Intelligence During Routine Operations

The Survey facility provides a very flexible development mechanism for the design of surveys. Surveys are generated via Web access and can be designed to capture mandatory or non-mandatory responses from a route agent or specific customer or customer group on a one-time or regular basis.

All handheld responses communicated are stored in WebBI for aggregate analysis.

Typical uses of a route level survey would be a new employee survey or a Department of
Transportation truck inspection survey.

Typical uses of surveys at a customer level would
be feedback on promotions, competitive price scans or promotions, or feedback on the effectiveness of special displays.
